Iron Mountain Senior Sales Director, Global Strategic Deals in Wattrelos, France

We currently have a rare and exciting opportunity for a Senior Sales Director, Global Strategic Deals to act as a leader for the largest potential deals within our global strategic accounts portfolio, with a particular emphasis on cloud and SaaS solutions.

If successful you will work closely with our Managing Directors of Strategic Accounts selling Iron Mountain`s cloud and SaaS solutions across a variety of industries to increase our footprint within the assigned global accounts resulting in revenue growth and quota attainment. This role will specialise maximising the largest multinational deals within these accounts

To be considered for this role you will possess the following attributes:

  • Experience working in a senior customer facing commercial role with global clients.

  • Experience of orchestrating large strategic deals within global accounts by collaborating with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.

  • Proven track record of dealing with complex customer relationships.

  • Experience of direct sales of application software and solutions to effective business processes from following specified solutions; ECM-solutions, Document Management Systems, Workflow, Business Process Management or Imaging Services.

  • Must have the proven ability to translate the customer need(s) into solution requirements through creating powerful value propositions and negotiation skills.

  • Have the ability to influence and negotiate through proven sales skills and needs identification by aligning unique insights to key customer priorities.

  • Encompasses strong interpersonal, planning, analytical skills and business acumen for effective decision making.

  • Ability to make business decisions and think in broad terms, considering the impact to the entire company.

  • Ability to work within a multi-cultural environment and with all levels internally and externally.
